CMR are looking for a brilliant new Marketing Manager - Surgical Devices to join our Marketing team. This is a pivotal role in driving the success of the CMR product portfolio. You'll be responsible for leading a specialist team and developing and executing the marketing strategy for the assigned product categories, which includes identifying market opportunities, defining product concepts, and initiating the product development process. The ideal candidate will combine their deep knowledge of medical technology with marketing expertise to bring innovative, high-quality solutions to the market.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office.

Along with leading a small and talented team, daily tasks will include:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through development and launch to post-market activities. Coordinating all efforts across the company relating to product launch.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyse market data to develop actionable insights for product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into product concepts.
Create product roadmaps, value propositions, and positioning strategies.
Develop and execute an upstream marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
Identify target customer segments and establish Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Clearly define product requirements, specifications, and features in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Provide strategic direction, segmentation and targeting for marketing communications.
Collaboration on the development of marketing collateral, including product literature, presentations, and digital content.
Support the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Manage the budget for upstream marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Work closely with sales, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, R&D, Digital and other relevant departments to ensure product success.
Coordinate activities with the downstream marketing team for successful product launches.
